What you may do freely

You may view, download and save any image or text on this site, and share it — on social media, websites and blogs, in articles and reviews, in teaching, research and presentations — as long as the use is non-commercial and you follow the conditions below. You may quote the books.

Conditions

• Credit me. Name the work as by the name on its page — “Louis Andrada” for paintings, “Han’drada” for books, “Odi Andrada” for photographs — and, wherever practical, link to andrada.one.
• Don’t pass it off. Don’t present the work as yours, and don’t alter it in a way that misrepresents it or me.
• Non-commercial only. “Non-commercial” means not primarily intended for, or directed toward, commercial advantage or payment.

What needs a license from me

Any commercial use, including: selling prints, reproductions or copies; merchandise; advertising, marketing or branding; commercial publication; and use in any product or service sold for payment. For these, contact me through the Inquiry page.

Search engines and AI systems

As an exception to the non-commercial condition, search engines and AI systems — including those operated by commercial companies — may crawl, index, cache and quote this site’s content, and may use it to train and inform models. This does not extend to selling or reproducing the works themselves as products.

Original artworks

Buying an original painting transfers ownership of the physical work, not its copyright. The terms above continue to apply to images of it.

I may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
